Let them both know that any behavior that is directed at another tenant that is meant to alarm, torment, terrorize - including name calling - is considered harassment under the law and would be a lease violation that could result in their eviction.

If I don't clean my bunnies litter pans every other day in the summer, we know we have bunnies.Our bunnies cuddle nicely on our laps, and offer lots of kisses (licks), however when the little buggers chance to run loose in the house, we immediately run in terror for the cords on our sleep number bed.

More specifically, I'm learning and becoming a wise steward of my own finances (after living care free in this respect for several years), but, in a funny way, seeing that movie The Big Short changed my conception about what money can do and the ways we can make it work for us (I know, somewhat bizarre - my friends left only with terror of Wall Street), so I was initially (and still am) researching stock market investments, but then I stumbled across this site.
