I would love to clear title and put this project in motion because the numbers are awesome on this property but I work 65 hrs a week and understand that I cannot do it alone. 

Recommend your NVR has a timeline with Red markers for motion on your cameras.Layout and capacity really depends on the lot shape.

Recommend you put in motion sensors or GPS tracking security.

Planning ahead is great, but I wouldn't put anything in motion until the zoning people give you the go ahead.

None of these methods are foolproof, but if you go this route you are aiming to make it more trouble than it's worth.Eyes on the unit: hire security to patrol the house; put up monitored cameras; put up cameras with motion-detection alerting; ask the neighbors to watch; station a guard dog at the unit (not recommended). 

There is no uniform standard of practice across the industry, other than we need to know the laws, so unfortunately it can be an agonizing process of trial and error to find the professional that is the right fit for your needs.

I’ve got about another year and a half before I will retire, so I plan to use the time to get a big jump on the education piece of this puzzle and to build up some REI momentum prior to hanging up the uniform.
