Hi Thai - every state will be different do I would certainly defer to your real estate agent.

With rooms I've dubbed "the wall of mullets", "a tribute to indoor smoking", and "why no, this isn't a grow house.  

There are some really high prices in the most desirable neighborhoods in Orlando (Dubs Dread, College Park, etc). 

@Huy Thai could you share roughly what area / neighborhood your house is located?
