I'm in a blazing hot rental market right now and tenants I rent to will pay it. 

At last, thanks to the trail-blazing insight provided by several individuals on this forum, I can finally treat her like a second-class citizen without guilt.

We landlords have a big once a month burn pile and then we stand around the blaze and point fingers at each.

What can be done is to limit the amount of ammunition kept on premises, I restricted properties to 20 rounds, plenty for protection, yet not so much as to pose a public hazard in the event of fire, It is a hazardous material and I don't want .45 and 30.06 rounds going off during some blaze.

For the past three years, the market has been blazing hot, especially near I-95.

It is for this reason that I proposed the question they started this thread.... learning from others who have blazed a trail or been there done that type is educational for me to learn what works for certain folks and how they got into it etc. everyone has different reasons and pros/cons so it’s good to help me figure it out based on others feedback.
