As a LL, at this stage I would want everything in writing for my own protection anyway, so her wish is granted, not problem.I prefer emails over text for the sole reason that a text is just short of a phone call in the sense that when you text, you often just blurt out what's about to come out of your mouth...... most people dont tend to stop, think and re-read their response before they hit send..... we have ALL sent a text that right after you send it, you notice a mistake or realize that it came out wrong or you left something out etc.
