Ask Google how much you're saving, stop wasting people's time, the internet is useful for more then just porn, it's great for research.For me personally, I do a quick search of all my clients.

Because my VR is on the other side of the country this is a necessary expense for me.

Thanks for your input @Jon Klaus I´m studying these stats at the moment and it is a bit all over the place really - Playa Del Carmen at least for VR is not soo streamlined...I can build 4 floors and to make it profitable I should squeeze in at least 10 studios which will be difficult if I go a lot above 32-35 m2 or 375 SF

@Neil Polehn if you are bored, willing to run an active business and want to juice your returns, you might consider the VR biz.

The VR biz is thriving in the right markets.

@Matthew Terry you might consider the VR biz if you want to juice the returns on your capital.

But a quick google search and she's a porn actor and has only fans account.
