People would quite their jobs, work for a couple of competitors, and end up back at their original company 18 months later at twice the salary they had when they left (the industry buzzword back then was "cross fertilization").

I expect that after using Buildium for a while I will migrate all the accounting stuff to Buildium - but for now I am using it for maintenance requests and tenant screening only.I rejected a number of competitors mostly because they did not fit my needs, but they would fit other peoples needs.In the past month or so I have been very harshly criticizing RentRedi.

But then those high demand times got booked even with those high prices, and during the shoulder seasons my calendar was full when competitors' were pretty empty.I've played with Wheelhouse and Beyond Pricing as well, but IMO PriceLabs has the best product in this space.It does have a bit of a learning curve, but I think it's worth investing a little time.
