I have lived here for 8 years and I feel safe but I am also an athletic male with a 105 pound dog.

I put about $800 in it for labor and and about 40 gallons of vinegar and about 20 pounds of baking soda to get the dead animal smell out of it.

The result is unwanted interactions.

If you buy meat at Jetro/Restaurant Depot ; beef/chicken is between 1 or 2 dollar per pound :) lol Again real-life experience is different from where to buy stuff.

Intimidation is more along the lines of: "You can steal from me (not pay your rent) if you want, but I think you will change your mind when my "Collection team" of 400 pound Tongans pays you a visit.Given that you have every right to do ALL those things, telling them is NOT intimidation.  

With gas even more expensive than a pound of beef, this helps cut down on both gas, time used, and wear and tear on your vehicle.

The last thing you want is a scary tenant pounding on your door while your wife is home alone and you are at work.

The gas mileage is not great but I have a 14ft dump trailer I use for clean-outs which can wight over 7K pounds loaded and it handles that with no issue.
