We have a regulation a+ fund and have to get qualified by them meaning follow the rules, but whether it’s a public, private, regulation D or regulation A offering - they don’t step in unless it’s fraudI know many reg d offerings today that are failing miserably - it’s not because of fraud but because of sponsor experience and lack of it.
