One of the first things I learned getting on sites was how to search for forums I was interested in.Seems RE is much different, what I see is hundreds of newbies, mostly young people (compared to me) who I'd think should know how to use a search feature, I guess it's more about the age group who wants or needs to be spoon feed without any effort.I try to address uniques questions but I'm out of steam answering the same things over and over and over and over.How do I buy a note?

most beginning investors will never get the EAR of a true OREO broker like I do .. we get our deals spoon fed to us.. they simply cant compete with those that buy multiple hundreds of properties a year.. the good OREO brokers know who the real buyers are.. that's one issue..
