Hey Austin, I know this is an old thread but I was wondering if this tub and surround still looks good after more than a year.We've done this countless times now (to countertops too) and have had zero issues thus far 2 years in. 

They have cost my business tens of thousands of dollars and countless wasted hours of follow ups and missed opportunities.

He literally had likely done over $50k of work for us in the 8 years including multiple slab leaks, multiple sewer swaps, maybe 8 water heater swaps, countless clogged sewers, etc.  

This is a bit more esoteric shall we say, but from all the countless hours I have spent reading about economics and economic theory in general, I think we're in a major "super cycle" of inflated values for a LOT of assets. 

Countless places to grab a beer, listen to great music and talk real estate! 

It's resulted in millions of dollars being made and countless real estate gurus.

I've spent countless hours sifting through the MLS to get a feel for what's available.

Most investors on this site are thus working with people who are smaller scale contractors, and managing your investment and asking to see receipts should be standard practice unless you've worked with someone countless times and have built up a trusting relationship.
