@Joey Middlemiss I know nothing about tiny homes but you did say one thing in your post that brought up memories of my previous life as a civil engineer so I wanted to give you a heads up.

I can often wish I had never purchased that car and instead invested the money, but at the same time, my wife and I shared a lot of great memories in that car.  

-I actually understand where this idea came from, but your memory fails you.

I want to be able to enjoy having experiences with family and friends and making more memories together. 

In the five years I've been focused on vacation rentals on the Oregon Coast, primarily from Bandon north through Pacific City, at present there are more existing and eligible vacation rentals than in recent memory.

To refresh memory.

I have had people that work on cell towers, insurance adjuster, and cooperate trainers in recent memory.

And, we take all of the good holidays for ourselves(memorial day, labor day, 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Fish Rodeo)+  It is a great family vacation area, not like Orange beach with the endless condos, strip malls, etc.
