Some areas I always recommend my investors are midtown, new center, Indian village

Lucie county and be careful with anything in Indian River County, specifically Vero Beach. 

Don't get discouraged by all the heavy Indian accents. 

We personally like Midtown and just west of Arcadia Lite and south of Biltmore but not going south beyond Thomas Road (Indian School Rd and 30th to 38th St rough center point)--just our sense of the time it would take to develop that area would be longer than I'd like to eventually be in a good neighborhood.What I've found in looking at these garden style or at most 2-level smaller units are that quite a few are being repositioned for turnkey propositions (which is what we are looking for). 

Audubon Park is much different than the area off Indian Trail.

That’s going to be way to many chiefs and not enough Indians.

Gastonia, Indian Land, Concord are good areas as well.
