Been in touch with Heritage Family Credit Union in Rutland a bit.Open to any suggestions you have for lenders in Vermont.I've just never done a commercial property before so looking at options for a bridge type loan.

Newmark sells them in other states (not TN & SC) and I've seen companies like Heritage Affordable Communities purchase them and have press releases on it.

I've tried US Bank, Kemba, Heritage, the Farrell Group, PNC, and a small savings and loan. 

I recently opened a business account with Heritage Bank.  

I would recommend talking to Empire Title, Heritage Title, or Unified Title.

The property is located in a high-end part of town, in a heritage residential area about 3 blocks from the edge of the downtown core.
