eXp is being attacked because other agents can't yet believe that eXp offers so much more than the other traditional Brokers-  They'll all be coming aboard once they allow themselves to really understand our business model because once they do, they'll owe it to themselves, and their families to switch.

This is it in a nutshell- If I have a piece of property that attacks renters living paycheck to paycheck- that dont have bank accounts, credit cards and is not in a great area (C) - then the property is a sec8 candidate.PROS: I can get market rent (or a little bit lower) but guaranteed income.

Our rent is $1400 a month, so if we can afford that, then we could carry a low mortgage and a small flip & still have enough left over to attack our personal debt:)And yes, would love to get coffee sometime to talk about things(I live in Tosa) or I will message you, if I have any more questions or concerns about Ramsey.

Don't get confused.. harassment and infliction of emotional distress are just different angles and concepts that they could attack from.
