Try phrasing it as what value you are offering a private lender.

I don't agree with the phrase "Happy wife, happy life" personally

Roofstock uses the phrase turnkey, but there is a difference between turnkey and full-service turnkey.

@Dominique Osborn a little late to your post, but I think the key to your entire question is the phrase - turnkey provider.As you know, providing the actual product as well as the services is what differentiates turnkey providers from the many companies that use the word today. 

I think you are going to see more and more companies using desperate measures, for the lack of a better phrase, to insure that they get some form of income and are able to turn their money.  

Most people would want to maybe omit certain things, or phrase things in a euphemistic way but nope!
