Hello, I have a tenant who is allergic to pet hair moving in at the beginning of next month.

DSCR has also taken a good hair cut on rates today and on lower LTV's they are even better.

But, then expect to have to snake the drains often because of their hair anyway.  

If it was in the property every weekend for 6 months there's a lot of hair in there.

I know very little about Bakersfield (I'm in Fresno) but as a Realtor here, I see more and more transplants from the Bay Area moving in.

Metal plug would not go down tightly BECAUSE IT HAD SO MUCH HAIR WRAPPED AROUND IT IT COULD NOT FIT. 

Not only that, my hair and and clothes and all of my things smelled like smoke.

I'm ready to pull my hair out because its been so much hand holding and nagging to get people to follow through.
