They don't add "nonsense fees" for "hey I don't like your hair style" etc.  

Cleaner charges an extra $25 for added time to do any exta cleaning(dog hair) Dogs are alot less wear and tear then kids(and I can't charge any extra for kids)

An example of not recession resilient would be a karate studio or hair salon, things consumers cut back on when times are tough (and now you, the property owner, aren't getting rent, and thus might have challenges making your mortgage payment).

Deals with "hair" on them take time, strategy and a good amount of luck, but they do turn into gold mines. 

There is no smoking going on at that point, just the residual that was absorbed by their clothing, hair, etc.

Permits that cost 50k, licenses for everything from hair cutters to plumbers.

Eventually went to Goodwill for my clothes, ate bologna sandwiches for lunch for years (I don’t/won’t now, lol), cut my own hair (still do, because I don’t have a lot of it anyway), we refinished garage sale furniture and sold it, we shoveled driveways, then got into online sales of dvd/blurays (still do it) weekends and nights sending stuff out.

🤣🙌Don't bother going down the "what is an asset, what is a liability" rabbit hole with him, I've been there and it will leave you pulling your hair out in clumps and weeping for humanity while contemplating if being one of the first people on a rocket to colonize Mars would be such a bad thing.
