Sure, I can see some expense in advertising your place for rent however its not like its a wireless carrier charging you an exit fee because they incur fees to give you a phone at a discounted price.

The Alaska Air flight where the door popped was also a sub contractor issues.the one that is on Boeing is the MCAS although the flights that crashed were all non US or European carriers ..

A lot of these newer carriers hit the market with low premiums, they then have very little capital to pay claims when catastrophy hits and they end up crashing and burning or renewing at 200% the first year.
