In my neck of the woods, it's a wash and we're essentially performing like we did in 2019.EDIT: If you can't survive without performing like 2020/2021, then I recommend you start finding creative ways to increase revenue.

In my neck of the woods the Marshall's Service handles all the notices for dispossessories (our version of evictions), including the first notice that the landlord has filed against the tenant for some reason; either failure to pay rent (the most common) or a breach of the lease.Each of the servings of notices are online under Marshall's Services, both under the applicants name and the person filing against them.

So, that $250-$500 eviction fee, or whatever it is in your neck of the woods could yield pretty substantial rewards because many landlords just don't want to do it.
