IMO, it shouldn't be *that* difficult and it should be known that, as usual, time is of the essence, so it taking a week to get disclosures out seems quite lengthy.Some agents have little to no experience with investors, however, it isn't that hard to comprehend, especially when dealing with a single unit (multifam or otherwise).I would honestly say, snoop around on here and see if there's an agent in your neck of the woods.
