My full time job is as a Pharmacy Tech and I am also in the Army National Guard.  

For example, is it going to completely run the pharmacy portion of the business?

@Lukas Zupan I was managing a pharmacy (at that time ~14 stores in the chain), when our company announced they were closing 5 stores. 

Sometimes investors on a 1031 exchange that don't want to rush the 45 day ID period will buy a fee simple STNL pharmacy for a zero cash flow where all the mortgage payment goes to service the debt and zero's out at end of the primary lease term.

If I were King, I'd hit the costs at the sources, hospitals and doctors from charging a grand a minute and the pharmacy bills at 5K for a shot when they sell the same shot in other countries for a few hundred bucks....we have been gouged IMO.

Hi Shawn,It would be best if you call me so we can go over such different avenues.I work with many here on BP they just do not post much on the forums.Same situation as you with a bunch of cash.I specialize in triple net and am working with multiple clients currently on buying pharmacies as wells a triple net restaurants and other types of NNN.Part of what you are going through is a process to decide what to invest in.Sometimes it will take a week to get a direction and sometimes it takes a few months.I help you work through that process.
