One of the units even went back to a woman who had lived in it for 10 years until the previous owner fell into foreclosure and the bank gave her notice and made her leave (she didn't have a current lease).

Making closet space is desirable when residents are shopping the woman makes the decisions on bedrooms 90% of the time since you are targeting a single family you will want to know where to update and expand.
