The bathroom was already torn out to the studs so the Shower diverter & feeds were also replaced as were the HW tank feeds & adding a 'potable water' expansion tank that was not originally present. 

But for sure in the big wide expanses of the intermountain west there are places you simply cant go.. as there is no charging of any kind.

I have been living in the Greater Seattle area (Redmond, WA) for over a year now and with the light rail expansions coming soon, I imagine this would be a great opportunity for me. 

Read the manufacturer's instructions, but generally 1/4" - 5/16" of gap along the wall (measured from the bottom plate if your drywall is 1/2" off the floor as it should be) is ample expansion space and easily covered by the baseboard.

The race to overpay is real or people haven't gotten to the chapter after expansion yet.

We know we were in a phase of economic expansion for far longer than most politicians, economists, investors, and spectators ever thought we would be.

There are a bunch of stories about tech expansion in the Seaport, as opposed to Kendall Sq only, that may throw up some interesting opportunities in for example Savin Hill.

If Big Tech starts doing 50% of their expansion (Not firing anybody at HQ even mind you, just expansion!)
