No contractor here is doing weekly pay on Fri since that's basically an employee and changes all kinds of labor law and thingsBut it can vary just found one that is going to do a siding job labor only all the pay at completion.

no hahahahahai've seen tons of my friend that has triple IQ more than me got fried and fired this year and they are the one that's making 300k above LOLit's scarier than 2001 dot com crash for some of us, especially when we're 55 and above, there're more layoffs for folks above 55 and had highest salary LOLif you see the kind of quality people that has been fired by google, microsoft, meta, cisco I am afraid now lol....these are the kind of founder level that's being laid off, behind the surface, most of the tech executies do not or can not see the future because order is depleted  what I have been saying in general macro economy, is that our economy has not stabilized enough for everyone to adjust to higher interest rate environment, in this environment most companies are still hoarding cash and reduce investment, and doing hiring freeze.

Whether they agree to work a normal Mon-Fri schedule or to work weekends is up to you all.
