The off white may be a very light member of the greige camp, but the other two I would call bone and...well, beige and not greige and not tan and not almond (note, I am color challenged but beige can be yellow or pink and while neutral, completely outdated due to undertone...my first and last quart of greige, used as asubtle accent wall, had a disappointing purple undertone.)

We use Velspar "snowflake" on our flip properties (hint of blue/gray) And we use Velspar "Wendoblem tan" on our rentals (Hint of tan)Just a bit off white makes them warm, and yet still bright enough to make them feel open.

you could actually paint a black line where one unit ends and the next begins, then choose colors that look good together...light gray, dark gray, tan, brick, green, colonial blue, like bm historical colors or some other palette.
