@Ryan Fox some great info here, but while you are correct that a service member assuming a VA loan restores eligibility to the initial veteran, making the deal more attractive, it is not strictly true that a veteran can only have one VA loan.

Hello @Tove Fox,You are not investing in a state, you will invest in an individual city.

I don’t really know about the laws there because I don’t watch much Fox News but I also don’t think too many people buy property solely because of landlord/ tenant policy or petty theft laws and if they do they might want to reconsider that approach  because the places with the least favorable landlord/ tenant laws are typically the places with the highest appreciation and best overall returns.

I usually just do fox and rent for my own.

Ive tried to get a steady job to steady income and fox credit but thay hasnt worked out.Can I not get acceas to my Equity without these issies being solved or are there other avenues to acesss my equity funds to statt buying properties?

Clayton Morris is another great example: He was on a BP podcast episode, had his own show on Fox News, etc. look what happened there.

@Ryan Fox - It's pretty unpredictable in my opinion, but I'm sure there are people way smarter than me that can better see/predict what's coming down the pike.
