Update: Brian Grimes former business partner just got swept up in a $10M mortgage fraud scheme that purportedly involved the cooperation of a Keller Willaims Brokerage office and a title company that misrepresented .

If Keller WIlliams or another bigger real estate group has an office in your area and you are fairly new to lending I would recommend renting desk space in an active office where you are present and can answer real estate agent questions on the spot.
