I don't have direct experience with Clayton Morris of Morris Invest, nor his wife Natali, but I have followed them for years as broadcasters and technology pundits.They have both been featured guests on This Week in Tech (TWIT) for years, and both held various jobs in the mainstream tech media before starting to build platforms of their own.I was bemused when two of my usually separate spheres of interest (tech and real estate) seemed to converge, as Clayton and Natali started pivoting from tech to real estate.They are thoughtful, entrepreneurial folks, and good at building awareness and interest.

I know only the organizer can broadcast out invites, create a "Meetup event," etc.

Podio is a great data aggregator while ActiveCampaign is a super powerful tag-based marketing automation system... amazing for outbound direct mail, drip campaigns, text, sly broadcast, etc....

OK, two beers I owe you.There are a lot of ways I could say this, but here is the one I chose...and I let all that read this read between the lines.These "experts", would all make it to the MLB Hall of Fame. 

In order to convert the house into three units it will need at least $ 105k in rehab.I believe a savy investor can turn the current property into three units plus develop the two l0ts and build two duplexes or two single family houses ( arv for the area  2/2 130-140k   3/2  160-185).most houses in the areas are rental properties although is a very convenient area close to all major highways, MLB Statium and 15-20 minute drive to city capital (Atlanta). i would like to wholesale this deal  or possibly partner up on the deal..

Visitors from all over the world come for the Waste Management Phx Open (actually in Scottsdale), Barrett Jackson auto show, MLB Spring Training (Giants, Dbacks, and Rockies all play out of Scottsdale), and many other events/attractions. 

If you set your foundation TO BE a website, and you are planning to use your website as the main means to be found, then sure a website is the way to go first.BUT, if you manage to get a fantastic credibility score with your facebook page, twitter page, youtube channel, where you broadcast all your purchases, have a series of house flipping adventures all recorded, and the entire state raves about your facebook page with a ton of shares comments and reviews... do you think a desperate seller is going to pass you by because "I see no cheap wix site"?
