@Jay Hinrichs while i don't really know on aluminum and some other component's, I do know about the steel side of things. 

There are a lot of construction materials already made in the US, aluminum, copper and some other products will get more expensive,but if demand slows then the price will drop back down - its anybodies guess as there are a lot of factors that impact pricing.

I'm particularly fond of knob n tube, screw shell fuse panels, aluminum wiring, undersized underground services, galvanized plumbing and asbestos HVAC upgrades.

The septic needs to be covered, the roof needs to be replaced, aluminum wiring needs to be upgraded from 60amps to 200amps with romex according to code.

@Mohit Khanna do a little research and you'll find most of the hot markets of the last 3-5 years have been overbuilt and are now experiencing declining prices.Could be a good time to buy, you don't know when they'll bottom out.Much of Texas and the southeastern states are also getting hammered with bad weather more & more.
