In addition, I've instructed my attorney that title will be taken in a Land Trust in order to protect the change of title being called by the lender (due on sale clause)   I've done a number of these deals, usually structured in a Lease Option in different states where the laws aren't as restrictive as Texas when it comes to Lease Options.
