@Drew Sygit  personally because I've started a house My unit using furnish finder, spare room and RentRedi.

In one of the spare bedrooms...right in the middle of the room, stood a stuffed white tiger...I kid you not...very creepy.

Some sheets were questionable in terms of being clean (tossed up, not folded) inside a closet (to use for a spare mattress).

I’m currently house hacking: I live in the master bedroom and rent out the two spare rooms at $800 each.

Will it do so with “room to spare”?
