We closed with the attorney and all docs were signed, I created a Land Trust under which the property will be held to avoid the loan being called and the Lender connected with the Trustee of the Trust in order to manage the property and have access to the loan.All in all, I walked away with an $11,000 assignment fee (about 3 weeks worth of work) and everyone got what they wanted.
