I live in a traditional Chinese household and it is common for their kids to stay with them for the rest of their lives, especially when my father is getting old and he's incredibly sick.

I come from an immigrant household where I saw my father working 6-7 days a week, yet still showing up to every soccer game, school function, and family dinner, and still go from being an employee to employer through pure work ethic & integrity.

Brutal......A few weeks ago I had some turd from Brandon's company contacting me about some of my properties, said he was the acquisition manager or something of that sort, I talked to him for a little but out of respect for Brandon but I could tell the kid had no idea what he was doing.It's a shame Brandon made his name here on this site and he doesn't come back onto the forums and discuss all of these issues with these people, like damn bro, you were literally the face of this company for like 10 years and you can't even address investors losing all their money on the very site that made you a household name.

I would want to see average household incomes north of $75k/yr to support that rental level and leave people space to eat.d) my perception of a small, cheaply built house in a marginal area is you won't see much appreciation, using you $200k new construction example.
