While I was incarcerated,  I had my father put me on his credit as an authorized user.

I've done a bunch of mortgages for the formerly incarcerated; we don't document it anywhere in the loan file (so there's no good stats on it), but they disclose it to me in the form of "hey Chris I have a record, I did [crime here], is that going to be a problem?"

I'm up to the letter "C" and I already have 2 former renters that are incarcerated. 

That can make it next to impossible for those who have been incarcerated to find a place to live, especially in the Bay Area’s cutthroat housing market.Even so, Wayne Rowland, president of the East Bay Rental Housing Association, worried the new ordinance would put tenants at risk.

I just went through it with one of my deals were my Seller was incarcerated for failure to pay child support. 

The primary focus for court activities at the moment appears to be actions involving the incarcerated due to obvious constitutional concerns. 

They have to be busy as they just keep letting the incarcerated out :)I'm continuing with an addition me, myself & my maintenance guy.

I and my fellow Sunshine State citizens join the rest of the country in their "voluntary" incarceration.
