My cancellation policy there is similar to the other platforms, up to 30 days before I give a full refund minus a 3% credit card fee, because that's what Square charges even when refunding guests.

Well, I've been at this for 30 years and I've never found a legitimate lender for "a private money lender for future down payments" unless it's friends or relatives.Anybody else wants you to put down the first 35% and closing costs and to pay for repairs yourself, plus make the payments.
