The role of the PM is to deal with opposing forces who have opposite goals.

I had one (he retired) that put a local lawyer so in his place the local lawyer resorts to calling me names (in fairness I cal, him 2 bit, short for 2 bit lawyer which seems correct - he is much less creative and just uses profanities to describe me) and taking off in the opposite direction when I am around.  

With such poor opposition, he still only received 50.4% of the vote.I personally think Mamdani is going to face big hurdles implementing his desired policies.

When a prospect sees that you respond quickly, they subconsciously believe:You’re professional.You’re reliable.You’ll handle their business with care.On the other hand, slow replies send the opposite message.

It does go the opposite way as well (1% loss in appreciation is a 5% loss in your equity).Personally, I am not buying to hold real estate in this market (because prices and interest rates make it very hard to make any cash flow).
