I give my thoughts in my weekly Skeptical Take below.My Skeptical Take:I do agree with the direction of Yardi’s analysis, but its economic forecast is a very conservative estimate.It all out ignores what I view as likely accelerated GDP growth in 2026, as new tax policy and an extraordinary AI Industrial Revolution drive productivity gains and fatten both company and consumer wallets (I know that sounds gross, but that is the most likely scenario.

I do not desire to reward tenants for poor behavior.I explain the consequences of an eviction to the tenant.

I would say my product is on the nicer side for the area. 255k sounds reasonable for an appraisal.

SmartDeeds has been on product that has me extremely excited and interested in where the market will go in the future.

I have not found a good review online for it and keep meaning to email them back and see if they would provide some references I can talk to and ask questions about their experience with the product before making a decision. 

Loan product wasn’t a fit for my mix use project because they don’t lend on the commercial component which impacted leverage too much.
