Just last month I had to raid some kids' college fund to close a deal because some idiot lender didn't ask for bank statements prior to preapproving and/or didn't actually look at them (like your situation).

It got raided.  

The lock to the lower level of your 17th unit that a bunch of pirates raided using lead tipped swords to break in and steal you unmatching furniture.

I had a tenant who had the drug task force with 14 law enforcement agencies perform a raid on there rental which recovered items that lead to more than 2 dozen felonies.

I feel bad for whoever owns apartments close to you.. you will raid all their tenants.. this is the one risk to MF in areas were there is a lot of new construction..

Hi,I just recently had the same problem and I just sprayed them and the window seals with Raid bug spray and that seemed to work.

I have a high income regular job so I have access to funds to pay off high interest debt but don’t want to raid my personal funds for the project.

Since they do not require accreditation and can accept non accredited investors.I fully expect the Feds to eventually raid 401(k)s if the eventual debt crisis gets bad enough.

And would it be reasonable to do a "pay as you go" account that you could fund rather than having a nice juicy escrow account for them to "raid and run"?
