Is RE fraudulent or a scam?

While it's not necessary to have a license to become an investor I have found that my license give me access to resources to to find potential off market deals.

Sorry, but it was a scam and you have lost all the money that you placed in the "reserve" account.

Nationally I think there is a lot more fraud overall, not only rental applciations but loan applications, social engineering scam with emails etc.
