@Tyler DavisWell....there is a lot happening in Nashville at the moment.The biggest talking point for the better half of the year has been the new Titans stadium and the East bank.

We do have a large Rodeo stadium and I'm sure that agriculture and real estate are large industries here too.

., VA hospital, Texas Medical Center, Downtown Houston, Toyota Center, Reliant Stadium as well as Hwy 45, 59, 288 and 610.

I understand the area is growing especially with the new stadium.

Hi everybody, I run into a home that an agent want to sell, is off market, is located in Santa Clara close to the Levi Stadium.

Jay Hinrichs I personally think Inglewood's sellers have a big head and think that their houses areworth more than what it should just because of the long shot ram's stadium.

We were given the opportunity to purchase a defaulted 1st Lien Non-Performing note/mortgage on a 2 story, historic building in Ohio City, less than two miles from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame & the Cleveland Browns Stadium. 

The Health District in my view is bounded by:I-95 to the EastDolphin Expressway to the SouthNW 14th Ave to the WestNW 20th St to the NorthProperties within these boundaries are limited/rare, so while the above is the 'actual area' I also mean the surrounding neighborhoods and streets.The area doesn't have the best reputation in terms of safety (Though there are definitely rougher areas in the city), but it does seem like it a solid rental market - with plenty of jobs nearby.It is also fairly close (Depending on traffic) to Wynwood, Downtown, and Little Havana/stadium(s) and the airport.
