The idea of supporting another investor’s project and seeing a property transformed appealed to me.

Over the last 10 years, KC has seen strong upward trends: home values have steadily climbed, supported by the FHFA house price index. 5-year appreciation has been consistently in the 6–8% annual range, although annual gains have eased (e.g., 5.6% in 2025, 6.0% in 2024, 7.4% in 2023).

BP Support recommended a different browser (it worked for temporarily) then I cleared my history and my cache and unclicked BP (out of the many sites I use). 

The deal just doesn’t have the income to comfortably support that much debt.Your report shows the cash flow after the refi dropping to around $939/mo, and that’s using pretty optimistic assumptions (5% repairs, 5% CapEx, low taxes, low insurance).

( difficulty reselling the unit, and it has a small percentage risk on your health)I would like to know if the value of the condo will decrease overtime and your thoughts about the situation.
