I don't have a favorite class but I would recommend Anatomy and Physiology because as difficult as it seems, you will learn something.Btw, your school must have dope tailgate seasons.

Hello All,I am not currently in the real estate market (have 1 semester of college remaining) but am trying to do as much research as I can now so that I can hit the ground running once I graduate.I read "Wealth Preservation Strategy: The Anatomy of a 1031 Exchange" by Joe Cronin and have a question:1.

I wanted a source that would feed my brain useful information, rather than blow smoke into another portion of my anatomy.

I don't know enough about the anatomy of a deal for a fix and flip or a buy and hold.

I'd like to know what to keep an eye out for to minimize risk.I know I have a lot here but a Mathematical example displaying the anatomy of a Good/Ideal Deal from start to finish would answer questions 1-3.  

You can read about anatomy and watch medical  videos for years but you still aren’t ready to do brain surgery . “ a man convinced against his will is of the same opinion still” 

I have listened to the podcasts and read enough material to understand the anatomy of a wholesale deal but I'm hesitant on one thing....How do you evaluate a property to see if it's a deal or not?
