For cabinets, white is a classic and renter-friendly choice, but if you want a bit of warmth or contrast, greige tones or even a two-tone look (white uppers and darker lowers) can add a modern touch without being too bold.As for flooring, in Phoenix’s climate and rental market, laminate or LVP is typically a better long-term investment than carpet, more durable, easier to clean, and holds up better between tenants.
