When Texas businesses are free to succeed, jobs grow and Texans thrive.”Texas added 232,500 nonfarm jobs from July 2024 to July 2025, more than any other state and outpacing the U.S. annual growth rate.On Friday, Governor Abbott announced Texas also set new records for total nonfarm jobs and the number of Texans working.

Some investors thrive on that, others avoid it at all costs.So here’s my question for the community:👉 Would you take on a property with multiple problems if the long-term upside was worth it?

And homes that might otherwise sit vacant become part of thriving neighborhoods again.But at its heart, it’s not about spreadsheets.

Maggie Valley...I really wanted to see this area thrive, but I've watched it for 12 plus years and it just hangs on.

For as long as I can remember, real estate has been a dream of mine the idea of owning property, building thriving communities, and giving back to others just as others have helped me in the past.

STRs work well where walkability and amenities are strong, and MTRs can thrive near hospitals, universities, or big employers.

A stable job market and a growing population are good indicators of a thriving rental market.

Not just survive, but thrive.
