As you may know Houston experienced significant flooding a year ago and this Home took on less than an inch of water in the back bedroom because of debris clogging up the French drains, no other homes flooded in this neighborhood or ever have for that matter.

If it hasn't moved more than an inch in the last 5 years, it's probably not going to move 3 in the next 5 unless you have water issues. 

If paid off in 10 years, lets say its 25K with rents inching up.

I feel like if you cave for stuff in the beginning it will be a constant thing with people I also manage a business and it’s always like this give an inch and they take a mile 

So looking 3/4 inches to the right of my name here is too difficult a chore?

I just had an inspection for a duplex renovation in Philly and one of the items the inspector noted is that we need to put something in place to keep the second and third story windows from opening more than 6 inches.  

What we have been doing for most jobs is removing the paneling, its very dated, like 40 to 60 years old and gives a bad impression of the place.We have been removing and in many cases have installed 1/4 inch drywall over the existing walls which are usually plaster.

Use 25 foot wide drives   7 inch concrete with no reinforcement.
