Simply put, leaders get paid more than non-leaders.

My curiosity is also whether the lenders who are there are only lending money to Christians vs non religious practicing women? 

Or a leader from the church down the street that pays young parishioners to clean up trash in the neighborhood pokes their head over to see what the plans for the property are.

Just look at our fearless leaders and how they behave! 

Maybe 2-3 sprayings over a quarter and then it's good for a long time.To give you some idea, the house I live in was sprayed religiously every month for years.
