Oh BTW, I live in the city and I have friends and family that live in the city and we are tax paying, law abiding citizens of Baltimore City and I wouldn't categorize us at ZOO ANIMALS.

Having said that, I am a very aggressive taxpayer but I stay with in the "letter of the law" and I have seen many  conservative CPAs endorse this method without issue.

As long as they get the votes and the taxpayer funded salary and health insurance plans for their family, they are going to continue to pass legislation like this.
