In California, barring any unforseen chain of title issues, Tax Deeds are fully insurable after the one year statute of limitations for the sale to be overturned is expired. 

Unconstitutional laws are being overturned every day.

If unjust it would not complete or would be overturned, blocked, denied and hence not happen. 

@Max BrunkeThank you for heads up, but my current situation qualifies for the "only one Dwelling Unit in the City of Portland" exception.Hopefully the bill in Salem that would allow municipal rent control dies, and this Portland ordinance gets overturned.

There is little chance this ruling does not get over turned on appeal.  

I told the guys nope not doing it.. well true to wholesalers the world over turned out the lady owed 206k on it.. and I paid 208k and gave them 2k and paid of the property before the sherrifs sale..  

I was just surprised the county overturned it without any notification of proceedings.

@Constancia R. the short of it is that the law that was rejected by the courts but largely overturned by the appellate court is back in force.
