Fruit-cake maybe, wack-job sure, but the psyco is a smart psyco.

All in all, negative experience; although, I did learn a lot and gained a few hundred thousand skymiles :)Overall, as someone who desired a very hands-off approach, I did not find the flip process and its juice to be worth the squeeze.

I actually wanted to own 5000 of them.. and probably could have gotten there but holy cow Juice no way worth the squeeze.

My current strategy is to focus on STRs where I can juice my returns.
